Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Seraglio. Because it's delivered digitally with a license key, please read this before you buy.

How refunds work

Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, and refunds are issued under their policy. If Seraglio doesn't work as described, or you run into a problem we can't resolve, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll arrange a refund.

A reasonable exception

As the Software is a digital product, we may decline refunds where there's clear evidence the license has been used extensively or shared, or where a request is made well outside the window above. We'll always look at each request fairly.

How to request one

Email support@seraglio.app with your order reference (from your receipt) and a sentence on what went wrong. We'll respond quickly and, where a refund is due, Lemon Squeezy will return the payment to your original method.

This policy sits alongside Lemon Squeezy's own terms. Nothing here limits any statutory rights you may have.
